Although I see eagles whenever and wherever I can, the most reliable place for me to see and photograph eagles is Lock and Dam 18 near Burlington, Iowa in January and February. So that's what I did this week. I made it to #19 in Keokuk also and there are a few eagles there, but for hundreds and hundreds, #18 is the place to go. See the report and photos.
